GENERAL BOOKING TERMS
Information prior to booking
These General Booking Terms (hereinafter, General Terms) govern the business relationship arising between PUGOLL SL and the user or customer for bookings made through the forms that PUGOLL SL makes available at www.campingelcarlitos.com.
Booking through the PUGOLL SL websites implies the express acceptance, by the customer or user of the pages, of these terms, as well as of the terms of use established for the user's browsing of the pages owned by PUGOLL SL.
These terms shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal rules on the matter applicable in each case.
The General Contracting Terms govern the distance-booking relationship between PUGOLL SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Terms, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
PUGOLL SL reserves the right to make any amendments it considers appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms. Such amendments may be made through its websites by any means admissible in law and shall be binding for as long as they remain published on the website and until they are validly replaced by subsequent amendments. Nevertheless, PUGOLL SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Contracting Terms in preference to these General Terms when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in due time and manner.
All the content on the website is available in Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
PUGOLL SL informs that the booking procedure through its website is detailed in the relevant section for completing a booking.
Likewise, PUGOLL SL informs that the user can access the terms of use available on the same website.
By booking with PUGOLL SL through its website, the user or customer expressly declares that they know, understand and accept these terms of use and the General Terms. Likewise, the user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to access the PUGOLL SL websites and to enter into contracts through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained when registering as a customer, and may not transfer them to anyone else.
Once the booking has been made, the user will see the booking confirmation on screen and may print it as proof of the booking made.
The booking confirmation and the proof of booking (the printout made by the user) shall not be valid as an invoice.
HOW BOOKING WORKS
Booking offers and price reference
In compliance with current regulations and, in particular, Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, PUGOLL SL provides, in the relevant section for completing a booking, information on all possible bookings, their characteristics and prices. Nevertheless, PUGOLL SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers made available to its customers through its website, by simply changing their content. Accordingly, the products and/or services offered at any given time on the PUGOLL SL website shall be governed by the General Terms in force at that time. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.
Price information
Each booking offer will show its price in Euros and whether it includes VAT or any other applicable tax. The prices shown on screen shall be those in force at any given time, save for typographical error. Where the price differs for the reason set out above, PUGOLL SL will inform the customer by email before charging for the booking.
Availability
The availability of the offers made available by PUGOLL SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although PUGOLL SL updates its database periodically, the booking requested by the customer may already be full at that time. In such a case, PUGOLL SL will send the customer an email informing them that the offer is not available.
Payment methods
The customer may pay for their booking by choosing any of the following methods. They must indicate their choice during the booking process:

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you send us travels encrypted across the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's page, on the bank's POS terminal, and are not entered or stored on any PUGOLL SL server.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following details: the card number, the expiry date, and a verification code matching the last three digits printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thereby offering greater guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
This payment method is valid only on the website.
Where the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was in fact made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or cancellation and, therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge was demanded improperly, the cardholder shall be liable to PUGOLL SL for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

Cancelling a booking
Cancellation periods are as follows:
30 days or more before the arrival date: 100% refund
29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 75% refund
14 to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% refund
2 days or fewer before the arrival date: 0% refund
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations in force, PUGOLL SL informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and/or booking process will be incorporated into the processing system owned by PUGOLL SL, for the purpose of carrying out these actions on behalf of the user and managing subsequent actions arising from them.
Your data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer.
We inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is the proper performance of the contract between the parties and consent.
In accordance with the rights granted to you under current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw any consent given for its processing, by sending your request to the address mentioned above or to the email address INFO@CAMPINGELCARLITOS.COM. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority to file any complaint you deem appropriate.
In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations in force, PUGOLL SL informs users of its websites that the personal data collected by the company through the forms on its pages will be entered into a file under the responsibility of PUGOLL SL, for the purpose of facilitating, expediting and fulfilling the commitments established between both parties. Likewise, PUGOLL SL informs of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to the address CARRETERA NACIONAL 2 KM 658 7 08350, ARENYS DE MAR (BARCELONA).
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
PUGOLL SL likewise reserves the right to bring the civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content, or for breach of these terms.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary courts, in compliance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence. PUGOLL SL is domiciled in BARCELONA, Spain.
Contracts entered into electronically in which a consumer is a party shall be presumed to have been entered into at the place where the consumer has their habitual residence.
Electronic contracts between businesses or professionals, in the absence of an agreement between the parties, shall be presumed to have been entered into at the place where the service provider is established.
